Booking Terms and Conditions
Payment A deposit equal to the total cost of the booking is required. The deposit will be refunded according to the cancellation conditions. Payments by bacs, and the following cards: Visa, Mastercard. We reserve the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival.
Cancellation Conditions If the booking is cancelled less than 5 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made. In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged. If a booking is cancelled more than 5 days before arrival the booking payment will be refunded.
Additional Notes Guest check-in is between 16:00 and 21:00 and check out between 8:00 and 10:30. The door entry code will be provided on check-in. Parking is available in the private driveway for 2 cars, an additional space may be available on request.
